TechCred Annual Recertification
Thursday 19 November 2026, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Two hours. No examination. Approximately half qualifies for ethics credit.
A credential in this field is only worth what it was worth when it was issued. The year since the first TechCred cohort has moved further than the three years before it.
An award was annulled for undisclosed AI use. A federal appellate court suspended a lawyer and located the violation at the signature rather than at the tool. The European deadline you were taught moved by sixteen months. And a new form of attack appeared that no existing framework reaches.
The annual recertification brings 2025 credential holders current in a single two-hour session. Participants receive the 2026 practitioner toolkit, including model procedural order language drawn from real tribunal orders.
Open to holders of the TechCred credential. $395.

01.
The Mandate:
When parties appoint you, they appoint you. Where the line falls between assistance and substitution, and what happens to an award that crosses it.
02.
Verification:
Why confident, fluent and false is the normal failure mode, and what the professional duty to check now requires. From Mata in 2023 to appellate suspension in 2026.
03.
Adversarial Integrity:
What happens when a filing is written to be read by a machine. Concealed instructions, prompt injection, and the gap in every rule built to police output.
